i'm gonna set lonely.town signups to approval required... maybe move it to invite-only for a bit.
as always, existing users "should" (untested) be able to use invite links, regardless of these restrictions
something is broken, but it's broken on both servers (and the feature is working on the other)

ahh i think my key's ctap2 implementation is faulty and that's why it's falling back to u2f
needs more testing and tweaking...
so the internal openssh sk provider uses yubico's libfido2, which only supports usb connected keys, not bluetooth.
which library supports bluetooth then...
also where is this fido(4) man page that they reference
